About the Role
You will support the operational lifecycle of digital fixed-income products, including credit and receivables tokens. You will manage internal support tickets, track payments and investor transfers, validate issuance and settlement data, reconcile token-operation data, and route requests to the appropriate areas. You will also map processes, suggest improvements, prepare weekly ticket reports, track area indicators, and extract and validate data using Google Sheets and BigQuery SQL.
Requirements
- Be currently enrolled in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Have basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Know SQL and BigQuery
Responsibilities
- Manage internal tickets related to digital fixed-income products and provide Level 2 technical and operational support
- Support operational routines for digital fixed-income products, including payment schedules, investor transfers, issuances, and settlements
- Reconcile token-operation data
- Route requests to responsible areas, including Customer Service and Technology
- Map processes and suggest continuous-improvement opportunities
- Create weekly ticket reports and support area-indicator analysis
- Extract and validate data using Google Sheets and BigQuery SQL
