About the Role
You will run operating cadences for incident-response teams, manage planning and workflow systems, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives. You will create operational artifacts, develop scalable execution frameworks, and use data and feedback to remove friction and improve outcomes.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, or Technical Program Management
- Proven experience building and scaling operational processes
- Experience with Linear, Figma, Google Drive, or similar tools
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Run operating cadences for Product and Engineering incident-response teams
- Own planning cycles, workflows, initiative tracking, and sprint planning
- Design and optimize retrospectives, team syncs, and engineering demos
- Build and maintain roadmaps, planning documents, capacity trackers, dashboards, and retrospectives
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, and Operations
- Create scalable goal-setting, prioritization, and execution frameworks
- Analyze operational data and team feedback to improve execution
