About the Role
You will lead end-to-end sourcing for construction services and operations categories. You will run RFPs, negotiate contracts and statements of work, manage supplier relationships, support site teams, and oversee requisition-to-purchase and procure-to-pay workflows.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a similar field
- 3–5 years of procurement, supply chain, or related analytical experience
- Ability to read bills of materials and understand critical infrastructure components
- Advanced Excel
- SQL or Tableau experience
- Ability to travel regularly to Rockdale, Texas and periodically to Reno, Nevada
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute total-cost-of-ownership sourcing strategies
- Lead bidding, negotiations, and contract management
- Manage internal and external cross-functional relationships
- Optimize specifications and requirements with internal stakeholders
- Lead RFP processes, including vendor identification, bid leveling, and commercial comparisons
- Draft and negotiate statements of work and amendments
- Serve as the primary procurement contact for assigned sites
- Manage requisition-to-purchase and procure-to-pay workflows
- Maintain sourcing records, order tracking, and work-completion records
