Requirements
- 15+ years of revenue operations or GTM strategy experience at a high-growth technology company
- Sales operations experience
- Experience partnering with GTM leadership
- Experience building operational infrastructure in an early-stage or rapidly scaling environment
- SaaS or consumption-based company experience
- Analytical skills
- Experience building territories, compensation plans, and quotas for GTM teams

Responsibilities
- Serve as the GTM strategy and operations partner for APJ sales and GTM leadership
- Build forecasting cadences, pipeline review processes, territory design, quota frameworks, and performance visibility
- Drive regional business reviews and strategic analyses
- Develop go-to-market strategy and resource plans for ANZ and APJ
- Design and manage territory allocation
- Lead regional projects that improve revenue-organization efficiency and effectiveness
- Align the APJ GTM team with global revenue operations and strategy
- Hire and lead a team across APJ
