About the Role
You will contribute to cross-functional Japanese strategy and build systems for opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and renewals. You will automate GTM workflows, manage integrations, maintain data quality, and support revenue planning.
Requirements
- Experience in GTM Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM systems at a high-growth company
- Experience owning sales pipeline systems, compensation plans, forecasting, and post-sale processes
- Technical fluency with CRM and GTM tooling
- SQL skills or a desire to learn a technical product
Responsibilities
- Contribute to Japanese strategy across marketing, advisor programs, ICP, forecasting, pipeline generation, QBRs, targets, and headcount setting
- Build and maintain opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and renewal systems
- Design automations that improve follow-up discipline and deal velocity
- Partner on revenue planning and forecasting
- Manage GTM tool integrations
- Ensure data quality across CRM and GTM systems
- Develop reporting and dashboards
- Pilot, scale, and iterate on initiatives
