About the Role
You will support GTM planning, coverage models, quota development, segmentation, forecasting, and analytics. You will analyze field performance, help address pipeline gaps, contribute to GTM experiments, and work with operations partners to turn successful approaches into repeatable playbooks.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in GTM strategy, revenue operations, sales strategy, or a related function
- Experience with consumption-based or usage-based business models
- Analytical ability in coverage modeling, cohort analysis, and forecasting
- Experience with AI coding tools, spreadsheets, BI tools, SQL, and CRM systems
- Experience working across Finance, field leadership, Central Ops, and Enablement
Responsibilities
- Contribute to annual and quarterly GTM planning, headcount modeling, and revenue target setting
- Build and maintain coverage models, territory design, account segmentation, and capacity plans
- Support quota-framework development and segmentation logic
- Support pipeline-generation modeling and cadence
- Build forecast narratives, dashboards, cohort analyses, and efficiency metrics
- Analyze regional pipeline health, win/loss trends, and rep productivity
- Contribute to execution optimization projects across sales, post-sale, and funnel conversion
- Support GTM experiments and operationalize successful approaches into playbooks
