About the Role
You will own channel-sales GTM systems, including their roadmap, architecture, and operational health. You will build Salesforce automation, manage partner attribution and payouts, oversee integrations across the GTM stack, prioritize requests by ROI, and drive cross-functional delivery.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of business systems experience
- Hold Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent hands-on experience
- Demonstrate deep HubSpot experience
- Build and debug Salesforce flows
- Translate business requirements into measurable solutions
- Prioritize work using ROI, effort, and maintenance cost
- Deliver multi-month projects with cross-team dependencies
- Use AI tools to build, audit, and document
Responsibilities
- Own partner GTM systems, roadmaps, architecture, and operational health
- Build Salesforce flows, validation rules, custom objects, fields, permission sets, and approvals
- Manage partner attribution from referral capture through partner payouts
- Own integrations for routing, sequencing, booking, enrichment, and attribution
- Prioritize system requests based on ROI and maintenance cost
- Drive cross-functional alignment on scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs
