About the Role
You will support operational back-office work for securities settlement and corporate actions. You will process corporate actions, maintain systems and databases, prepare shareholder-meeting activities, handle customer instructions, and assist with process optimization and automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Current student in business administration, economics, business mathematics, or a comparable field
- Interest in securities processes, capital-market products, and operational settlement
- Microsoft Office
- Excel
- German
- English
Responsibilities
- Support the processing of corporate actions including dividends, capital increases, mergers, and acquisitions
- Maintain and update databases and relevant systems
- Monitor deadlines and prepare activities for shareholder meetings
- Review and process customer instructions for voluntary corporate actions
- Support process optimization and automation initiatives
