About the Role

You will perform daily operational processing accurately and on time, supporting corporate and retail client services. You will follow controls, manage risks and reporting, maintain required training, communicate with stakeholders, and support continuous-improvement initiatives. Depending on your functional area, you may manage data and pricing, dealing, transfers, corporate actions, settlements, payments, or reconciliations.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent in finance, business, or a numerate discipline
  • Operations experience in the wealth management or platform industry
  • Client services experience
  • Excel data analysis experience
  • Ability to work accurately to deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Process daily operational activities accurately and to quality standards
  • Deliver client services in line with contractual KPIs and service standards
  • Follow operational controls and report risk events, breaches, and evidence of standards
  • Support continuous-improvement and operational-transformation initiatives
  • Manage functional activities including data, dealing, transfers, corporate actions, settlements, payments, or reconciliations
  • Investigate and resolve reconciliation variances and breaks
  • Maintain mandatory training and professional development
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
