About the Role
You will learn brokerage operations across introducing and clearing brokers. You will analyze operational data, identify efficiency opportunities, recommend process improvements, support data reconciliation and quality work, build business intelligence dashboards, and present a capstone project to senior leaders.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field with expected graduation in Winter 2027 or Spring 2028
- Experience performing analytics using SQL or Python
- Knowledge of brokerage operations, risk management, and market infrastructure
- Communication skills
- Ability to engage with cross-functional teams
- Critical thinking about processes
Responsibilities
- Learn operations across introducing and clearing broker-dealers
- Analyze operational data and identify efficiency opportunities
- Recommend process improvements, automation, and dashboard enhancements
- Reconcile datasets and improve data quality
- Build business intelligence dashboards using Retool or Superset
- Deliver and present a capstone project to senior leaders
