About the Role
You will own the operational health of Travel product workflows, including booking, policy, expense automation, and issue resolution. You will turn customer feedback and data into product requirements, lead feature launches, improve operating systems, automate manual work, and manage travel-partner relationships.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product operations, product management, strategy and operations, consulting, or a customer-facing analytical role
- Experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives from problem identification through execution and measurement
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to assess product performance and customer friction
- Experience translating qualitative and quantitative customer feedback into product recommendations, requirements, and operational processes
- Experience investigating root causes and developing durable solutions
- Ability to operate in ambiguous and technically complex environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to measure impact
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis, automate workflows, or improve product and operational experiences
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Travel voice-of-customer feedback loop
- Translate customer feedback and operational insights into product requirements and roadmap priorities
- Build and use product analytics to improve adoption, booking success, policy compliance, supportability, quality, and traveler experience
- Own launch operations from alpha through general availability
- Ship product improvements and operational tooling using AI and low-code tools
- Design scalable systems for issue escalation, incident management, release readiness, supportability, and internal communication
- Identify and automate manual processes
- Manage operational relationships with travel partners and vendors
- Become a subject-matter expert in the end-to-end Travel customer experience
