About the Role
You will monitor corporate-action deadlines across asset classes and ensure associated booking and processing for proprietary and client holdings. You will settle corporate actions, maintain tools and interfaces, develop reporting, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in corporate-actions processing, preferably in a technical environment
- Excel
- Digital processes
- Data analysis
- Automation
- Database knowledge is advantageous
- SQL is advantageous
- Reporting tools or BI tools such as Power BI are advantageous
- Analytical thinking

Responsibilities
- Monitor corporate-action deadlines across asset classes
- Ensure correct booking and processing for proprietary and client holdings
- Settle corporate actions and execute resulting cash and securities movements
- Maintain and optimize technical tools, interfaces, data feeds, and reports
- Create and develop analyses and reporting
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
