About the Role
You will operate the investment back office by processing client transactions through settlement and maturity, reconciling positions and cash, calculating yields and fee accruals, preparing client statements, supporting collateral custody, maintaining records, responding to queries, and improving operational procedures and tooling.
Requirements
- One to four years in operations, finance, fund administration, or client servicing
- Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files
- Written English for correspondence with counterparties and institutional clients
- Discretion when handling confidential client information
Responsibilities
- Process client transactions from instruction and confirmation through settlement and maturity
- Reconcile positions and cash daily and resolve breaks
- Calculate month-end client yield and fee accruals
- Prepare monthly client statements with a four-eyes check
- Support collateral custody services and periodic reporting
- Maintain client records and supporting documentation
- Respond to client, counterparty, and audit queries
- Maintain operating procedures and identify operational and regulatory risks
- Improve back-office tooling and reduce manual processes
