About the Role
You will process mandatory and voluntary corporate-action events accurately and on time. You will communicate event details and election choices to clients, collect instructions, prepare bookings, post dividends, reconcile synthetic dividends, resolve queries and reconciliation issues, maintain static data, analyze data, and support projects.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of financial-services experience with an understanding of corporate actions
- Data-analysis skills, including Tableau
- Advanced Excel knowledge, including macros, VBA, and Power Query
- Knowledge of risks associated with corporate-action events, including client money
- Attention to detail
- Time and task management
- Communication skills
Responsibilities
- Process mandatory and voluntary corporate-action events accurately and on time
- Send clients emails describing corporate-action events and election choices
- Collect client instructions and prepare client bookings
- Post client dividends across product ranges and systems
- Reconcile synthetic dividends
- Handle client and helpdesk queries
- Update static data in internal systems
- Resolve reconciliation issues related to corporate-action events
- Analyze data, generate reports, and automate processes
- Meet monthly KPIs and targets
- Support corporate-actions projects
