About the Role
You will build and maintain automated, standardized trust and safety processes. You will partner with engineering and growth stakeholders, advise leadership on risk, analyze trust data, and create dashboards, reports, and KPIs that guide policy and operational improvements.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex risk data into clear recommendations
- 4+ years of experience in Security, Trust and Safety Operations, or Risk Operations at a high-growth technology company
- Track record of building end-to-end solutions from data collection and analysis through execution
- Experience working cross-functionally with Policy, Legal, or Safety teams
- Proactive problem-solving and process-improvement skills
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automations and standardized processes for trust and safety functions
- Partner with Engineering and Growth teams to improve trust infrastructure and operations
- Advise leadership through risk reporting, strategic insights, and recommendations
- Analyze trust data to identify risk patterns and improvement opportunities
- Design and manage dashboards, reports, and KPIs for trust and safety performance
