About the Role
You will manage the operational pipeline for mortgage-credit proposals from submission through contract issuance. You will monitor deadlines and pending items, coordinate with internal areas, partners, and clients, and support commercial consultants. You will analyze operational indicators, create reports and dashboards, use automation and AI to improve processes, and identify risks and efficiency opportunities.
Requirements
- Completed or ongoing higher education in Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Technology, or related fields
- Knowledge of mortgage credit, process management, indicators, data analysis, and dashboards
- Intermediate Excel
- Familiarity with SharePoint, PowerPoint, and data-visualization tools
- Experience or interest in process automation and artificial intelligence tools
- CA-600 certification or availability to obtain it within three months of hiring
Responsibilities
- Monitor mortgage-credit proposals from submission through contracting
- Track deadlines, pending items, and operational progress
- Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and clients to maintain operational flow
- Analyze operational and portfolio indicators
- Develop reports, dashboards, and management analyses
- Identify risks, opportunities, and efficiency gains through data
- Use AI and automation to optimize analyses, controls, and processes
- Support commercial consultants, real estate agencies, and financial advisory firms
- Guide partners on processes, documentation, and pending-item resolution
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and policies
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve operations
