About the Role
You will provide operational and administrative support to senior leadership. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate across time zones, handle confidential matters, align internal and external stakeholders, anticipate conflicts and follow-ups, and help create scalable operating processes. You will also identify opportunities to automate repetitive work with AI and productivity tools.
Requirements
- Experience supporting senior leaders and broader teams in a fast-moving environment
- Organizational skills for competing priorities, shifting timelines, and multiple stakeholders
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Discretion with sensitive information
- Ability to support both senior leadership and wider operational needs
- Fluency with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT
- Valid passport and willingness to travel globally about 40% of the time
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish
- Portuguese proficiency is a plus
