About the Role
You will own an operational domain end to end, including processes, SOPs, KPIs, tooling, automations, and agents. You will perform manual work to identify failures, define success metrics, build production automations, and work with product, engineering, and compliance to scale operations without scaling headcount.
Requirements
- 3+ years building products or processes at a bank, fintech, payments, or crypto company, or tier-1 consulting experience with regulated financial-services exposure
- Experience shipping production automations or agents
- Based in New York or willing to relocate
