About the Role
You will investigate operational problems, identify root causes, use data to uncover inefficiencies, and deliver fixes. You will design and improve processes, determine when to automate work, and support new market, product, and launch operations as priorities change.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in operations, business operations, strategy and operations, or a similar generalist problem-solving role
- Analytical and investigative skills with a focus on root causes
- Technical aptitude and confidence using internal tools and data
- Basic SQL knowledge or the ability to learn it
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
- Ability to work across different problems and teams
Responsibilities
- Own operational problems from identification through root-cause analysis and delivery of a fix
- Use data to identify business trends, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies
- Design, document, and improve operational processes
- Determine when processes should be automated instead of repeated manually
- Build operational foundations for new markets, products, and launches
- Adapt across operational areas as priorities shift
- Contribute ideas for evolving the operations function
