About the Role
You will run customer, payment, or financial-crime operational workflows, resolve cases and escalations, and document process failure modes. You will turn what you learn from manual work into rules, flows, and AI-enabled automations. You will help deliver specifications for engineering and product while improving operational outcomes.
Requirements
- 2–3 previous internships in high-growth startups, venture capital, or consulting, or demonstrated initiative through side projects, student organizations, research, or entrepreneurial experiences
- Experience automating real work with AI tools
- Based in New York or willing to relocate
