You will take high-impact operating constraints from discovery through measurable outcomes. You will investigate unfamiliar domains, diagnose root causes, redesign workflows, build processes or automation, mobilize cross-functional resources, and drive adoption until lasting improvements are achieved. You will measure capacity and friction, communicate trade-offs, and establish durable ownership after resolving each priority.
Requirements
- Demonstrate end-to-end ownership of ambiguous high-stakes problems
- Learn unfamiliar domains quickly and apply systems thinking
- Mobilize cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Distinguish root causes from symptoms and prioritize effectively
- Use data and metrics to diagnose problems and prove impact
- Complete implementation and ensure lasting adoption
- Have 7 or more years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in internal product strategy and operations business operations or operational transformation
- Fluency in AI and automation
- FinTech or brokerage exposure is helpful
