About the Role
You will lead operational strategy and translate priorities into measurable execution plans. You will own OKR and KPI frameworks, interpret analytics, improve governance and reporting, oversee workflows across financial and customer operations, remove bottlenecks through automation, support regulatory consistency across jurisdictions, lead AI and LLM adoption, and build high-performing operational teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive operational leadership experience in FinTech, cryptocurrency, payments, banking, or financial services
- 5+ years managing senior operational teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Hands-on payments or banking operations experience, including payment rails, ACH or wire processing, settlement operations, or card or stablecoin payment acceptance
- Working knowledge of compliance and reconciliation workflows
- Experience owning OKR and KPI frameworks
- Strong analytical capability
- Experience implementing enterprise AI or LLM platforms at scale
- Experience supporting or leading SOC 2 Type 2 or ISO 27001 compliance initiatives
- Strong understanding of operational risk, regulatory frameworks, KYC or AML workflows, transaction operations, and customer support operations
- Experience scaling operational processes across multiple geographies
- Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field
- Director or senior leadership experience within cryptocurrency or digital asset platforms preferred
- Familiarity with blockchain transaction operations and custody workflows preferred
- MBA or advanced business degree preferred
- Experience with enterprise operational tooling, CRM systems, and workflow automation platforms preferred
- Lean Six Sigma, operational excellence, or similar certifications preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute operational strategy
