About the Role
You will oversee the Compliance Investigations program and its operational objectives. You will scale and lead the investigations team, manage program health metrics, oversee investigations from KYC CDD sanctions screening transaction monitoring and blockchain analytics, evaluate investigation technology and automation, and support strategic compliance initiatives. You will also guide other compliance workstreams and develop process improvements based on business needs and compliance insights.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in transaction monitoring and investigations operations
- Hands-on experience executing investigations and drafting suspicious activity reports
- 4+ years of financial crime compliance team management experience
- Understanding of AML KYC and sanctions regulations
- Strong writing skills for regulatory auditor and law enforcement deliverables
- Experience managing operational data sets and reporting KPIs and KRIs
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally
