You will manage live submissions and deadlines across concurrent bids while administering procurement portals and registrations. You will route questions to subject matter experts validate claims against internal sources prepare procurement documentation and maintain an AI-supported answer library.
Requirements
- Experience owning complex written deliverables against hard deadlines
- Experience in bid or tender operations deal desk sales operations procurement or GRC
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams with different owners formats and deadlines
- Ability to obtain clear answers from engineering and legal stakeholders
- AI fluency for intake routing and quality-assurance workflows
- Strong Excel and Word skills
- Comfort working with procurement portals
- Blockchain analytics financial crime compliance AML/CFT or fintech experience is a plus
- Familiarity with SOC 2 ISO 27001/27701 Cyber Essentials Plus FedRAMP DORA or GDPR is a plus
- Knowledge of public-sector procurement frameworks is a plus
- Working knowledge of Notion Asana Slack and Salesforce is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage submissions calendars clarification windows and Q&A deadlines
- Administer procurement portals credentials two-factor authentication and renewals
- Route claims to Product Security Legal Infrastructure and Finance experts
- Track owners and deadlines with AI-supported workflows
- Validate product security and compliance claims
- Flag stale contradictory or unverifiable content
- Prepare sole-source justifications attestation letters COI requests and vendor packets
- Maintain a reusable answer library
