About the Role
You will solve strategic and operational problems for Product or go-to-market organizations. You will identify high-impact opportunities, lead cross-functional initiatives, manage reporting and operating rhythms, build dashboards and metrics, and use AI tools to improve workflows and outcomes.
Requirements
- 6–11 years of experience in management consulting investment banking or operating roles
- Strong analytical and structured-thinking skills
- Ability to turn ambiguity into frameworks plans and decisions
- High agency and ownership
- Ability to build relationships at all levels and drive cross-functional action
- Familiarity with AI tools and agents is a plus
- SQL and Tableau knowledge preferred
- Fintech payments or high-growth SaaS experience preferred
