About the Role
You will identify operational gaps and build scalable processes, tooling and automation. You will lead licensing and entity-structure work, execute cross-functional initiatives, manage client onboarding, support hiring and onboarding, and define KPIs, dashboards and reporting for leadership.
Requirements
- Experience in operations, business operations or strategy at a high-growth fintech, payments or SaaS startup
- Experience building operational infrastructure and scaling functions from zero to one
- AI tool experience
- Experience implementing project management, automation and CRM tooling
- Experience in regulated environments
- Experience in a fast-paced distributed startup environment
- Based in Europe
- Fluent English
