About the Role
You will identify high-priority problems and own them from hypothesis through outcome. You will architect AI-enabled recruiting workflows, improve company engagement across onboarding and pricing, evaluate new verticals, create recruiter incentives, and scope new product lines or partnerships. You will work across product, operations, growth, and partnerships as needed.
