About the Role
Identify high-priority problems and own them from hypothesis through outcome. Architect AI-enabled recruiting workflows, improve company engagement across onboarding and pricing, evaluate new verticals, create recruiter incentives, and scope new product lines or partnerships across product, operations, growth, and partnerships.
