About the Role
You will lead and execute enterprise operational strategy, translating strategic priorities into measurable results. You will govern OKR and KPI processes, interpret operational data, improve end-to-end workflows, and maintain scalable controls across jurisdictions. You will drive AI and LLM adoption, automate high-value processes, partner across business functions on regulatory operations, and build, mentor, and develop operational leaders.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive operational leadership experience in FinTech, cryptocurrency, payments, banking, or financial services
- 7+ years in a senior or executive operational leadership role accountable for company-wide performance outcomes
- Experience leading payment or banking operations, including payment rails, ACH or wire processing, settlement operations, or card or stablecoin payment acceptance
- Enterprise-level ownership of OKR and KPI frameworks
- Data analytics and executive-level operational decision-making capability
- Experience implementing enterprise AI and LLM platforms at scale
- Experience supporting or leading SOC 2 Type 2 or ISO 27001 compliance initiatives
- Knowledge of operational risk, regulatory frameworks, KYC and AML workflows, transaction operations, and customer support operations
- Experience scaling operations across multiple geographies in regulated financial environments
- Executive leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the enterprise operational strategy
- Define and govern company-wide OKR and KPI frameworks
- Interpret operational analytics to identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions
- Develop organizational structures, governance frameworks, and executive reporting
- Oversee operational workflows across onboarding, funding, trading, withdrawals, settlements, and customer support
- Eliminate bottlenecks through analytics and automation
- Maintain scalable operational infrastructure across the United States, Antigua, and India
- Partner with Compliance, Risk, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Marketing on strategic initiatives and regulatory adherence
- Drive enterprise AI and LLM adoption and workflow automation
- Sponsor and lead the ICONIC-AI initiative and autonomous agent architecture
- Build, mentor, and lead operational teams
- Implement succession planning and talent development strategies within Operations
