Vivid provides an all-in-one digital financial platform for companies, freelancers, and personal users. Payment services are provided by Vivid Money S.A. in Luxembourg, while investment and crypto services are provided by Vivid Money B.V. in Amsterdam.

About the Role
You will oversee the settlement lifecycle for customers’ crypto-asset and financial-instrument orders. You will monitor and reconcile trade execution, manage client administration and order flows, and coordinate daily with brokers and custodians. You will process corporate actions and crypto-related events, resolve operational issues, answer operations-related Customer Care questions, improve automation and efficiency, prepare management reports, support regulatory and tax reporting, and contribute to new products and business expansion.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in financial or operational roles
- Bachelor’s degree at HBO level or higher
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently identify and implement process improvements
- Analytical skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Based in Amsterdam
Responsibilities
- Oversee the settlement lifecycle for customers’ crypto-asset and financial-instrument orders
- Monitor and reconcile trade execution
- Manage client administration and order flow control
- Manage settlements and align daily with brokers and custodians
- Support and process corporate actions and relevant crypto-related events
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues
- Act as the first point of contact for Customer Care on operations-related questions
- Ensure high levels of automation and process efficiency
- Prepare and deliver management reports
- Assist with regulatory and tax reporting
- Contribute to new product development and business expansion
