About the Role

You will execute and monitor capital deployed across automated market makers, lending and borrowing markets, and yield protocols. You will manage wallets and custody workflows, reconcile positions and settlements, monitor risk and liquidation exposure, and maintain quantitative models for DeFi integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial operations, trading support, or treasury management
• 1–2 years of professional experience in Web3 or DeFi
• Knowledge of DeFi protocols, lending and borrowing dynamics, and yield mechanics
• Proficiency with block explorers, Fireblocks, Fordefi, and hardware security modules
• Knowledge of yield curves, time value of money, interest rate derivatives, and risk-adjusted returns
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling capability
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, or Dune Analytics is helpful

Responsibilities

• Execute capital deployment, rebalancing, supply, and borrow actions across DeFi protocols
• Monitor interest rates, borrow costs, utilization rates, and capital reallocation opportunities
• Manage multi-signature workflows, wallet setups, and cross-chain bridging infrastructure
• Assist with daily reconciliation of deployed capital, collateral, interest, yield, and reward tokens
• Monitor health factors, collateralization ratios, and protocol-specific risks to prevent liquidations
• Maintain and improve quantitative models for yield sensitivity, liquidity depth, and partnership economics
