About the Role
You will support response and operational work for telecommunications financial fraud cases. You will send payment-suspension notices by mail and register incident-related information in relevant systems. You will ensure accurate data entry and maintain documentation using office and collaboration tools.
Requirements
- Use MS Office, including Excel and Word, Hangul, and Google Workspace tools such as Google Sheets
- Enter information accurately and perform system-registration tasks
- Be eligible for overseas travel
