About the Role
You will manage asset controls for project sites, receive and inspect equipment, maintain asset records, conduct counts and reconciliations, handle export-control requirements, and ensure clean handovers to site teams. You will escalate non-compliance and support timely capitalization of assets.
Requirements
- Around 5 years of inventory control, material control, warehousing, or asset-management experience.
- Experience with physical counts and reconciliations.
- Experience handling capital equipment or serialized assets.
- Working knowledge of ERP, CMMS, or WMS systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Maximo.
- Excel skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Willingness to travel.
- Export-control or trade-compliance exposure.
- Data-center or mission-critical infrastructure experience.
- Fixed-asset accounting or audit-support experience.
Responsibilities
- Enforce asset-control requirements through site walk-downs and audits.
- Receive, inspect, and secure capital equipment and IT hardware.
- Raise and follow up damage, shortage, and overage claims.
- Tag and register assets against the asset hierarchy.
- Run cycle counts, investigate variances, and reconcile records.
- Apply export-control handling requirements.
- Verify project handover packages.
- Maintain asset records for asset capitalization.
- Escalate non-compliance to leadership and Asset Management.
