You will manage standard-tier proposals from response preparation through submission. You will build AI-supported response tools and reusable answer libraries coordinate contributions from cross-functional stakeholders run review processes research customers and competitors and improve future pursuits.
Requirements
- Exceptional writing ability with skill in explaining complex material clearly
- Hands-on AI fluency and judgment about appropriate model use
- Ability to solve ambiguous problems quickly
- Strong organization across multiple high-stakes workstreams
- Ability to coordinate senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience with capture proposals bids or RFP responses is a plus
- Experience in commercial public-sector or government contracting is a plus
- Familiarity with blockchain crypto fintech compliance national security or law enforcement is a plus
- APMP membership or equivalent is a plus
- Additional languages are a plus
Responsibilities
- Execute proposal responses compliance matrices portal Q&A and submissions
- Build and manage agentic response tooling
- Create the answer library and capture playbook
- Coordinate Product Legal Security Pricing and Customer Success contributors
- Run gate reviews and after-action reviews
- Research customers competitors and requirements
- Support pursuit and win strategy
