About the Role
Connect executive strategy with operational execution within the CFO/COO function. Lead cross-functional initiatives, build M&A integration playbooks, coordinate active integrations, analyze business information, improve operating processes, and drive ambiguous high-priority projects through to outcomes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business operations, M&A integration, corporate development, management consulting, investment banking, or a comparable role
- Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from scoping through execution
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and communicate insights to senior leaders
- Ability to build trusted relationships and drive alignment without direct authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Hands-on M&A integration experience is preferred
- Experience building integration playbooks and work plans is preferred
- MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative or business discipline is preferred
- Experience with consumption-based or capital-intensive business models is preferred
- Experience in artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, or AI chip development is preferred
