About the Role

You will identify and implement improvements across service and product processing workstreams, build scalable processes from service origination through funding, settlement, billing, reporting and complaints handling, and coordinate with operations, treasury, finance and other functions. You will manage process-improvement projects, standardize operations, define transaction flows, support regulatory compliance, and lead software implementations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, strategy, or a similar department
• University degree or equivalent experience
• Business, finance, or management concentration preferred

Responsibilities

• Work with Operations, Finance, Customer Support, Account Management, Treasury, Product, and Technology to identify, scope, plan, and execute projects and integrations
• Use operational expertise to deliver solutions with operational teams
• Set up, optimize, and standardize settlement, billing, account reconciliation, exception resolution, complaints handling, and after-service support
• Define service and product transaction flows
• Increase processing quality, efficiency, success rates, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with AML, CTR, and STR requirements
• Initiate product and service improvement projects
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address gaps and customer needs
• Provide technical, operational, and processing expertise for products and services
• Lead strategic initiatives across business teams
• Define business operations requirements for cross-functional projects
• Participate in business improvement and development projects related to remittances and payments
• Collaborate with and influence professionals at all levels
• Recommend and implement in-house or third-party software applications
