About the Role
You will join an inaugural cohort of early-career generalist operators and own high-priority projects across product, strategy, and operations. You will work directly with the CEO and senior leaders, analyze problems, design scalable processes and playbooks, collaborate across functions, and represent the organization with external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 0–5 years of experience in a high-performance environment
- Experience in startups, consulting, investment banking, or a technology company
- Graduation from IIT, IIM, or a top engineering or product program in India, or equivalent demonstrated excellence
- Analytical skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate across technical and business domains
Responsibilities
- Own high-priority projects from problem definition through implementation
- Support the CEO and senior leadership with analysis and recommendations
- Collaborate with engineering, product, finance, compliance, and business teams
- Analyze data to identify opportunities and diagnose problems
- Design and document scalable processes and frameworks
- Build operational playbooks
- Represent Bakkt with partners, customers, and stakeholders
