About the Role
You will establish and lead a hub in the north of the Netherlands, initially running a major deployment. You will plan deployment logistics, oversee site operations, manage contractors and operators, own delivery and P&L, improve operational systems and margins, develop projects, and support hiring.
Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of management experience as a startup founder, GM, or in operations, strategy or business development
- Be a native Dutch speaker
- Communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders
- Manage, lead and motivate a small team
- Have strong operational and analytical skills
- Build spreadsheets, operational plans and P&L models
- Have project management skills
- Work effectively in a high-stress construction-site environment
Responsibilities
- Establish a hub in the north of the Netherlands
- Run a major construction deployment
- Build the hub team and operations
- Plan deployment logistics and operational plans
- Oversee, manage and motivate teams on construction sites
- Liaise with general contractors and stakeholders
- Build systems that improve deployment operations and margins
- Drive growth of construction projects
- Own deployment P&L and improve unit economics
- Translate on-site friction to the R&D team
- Support hiring and interviewing robot and deployment operators
