About the Role
You will partner with AI leadership to deliver high-priority strategic initiatives. You will clarify priorities, coordinate stakeholders, prepare proposals, drive execution, remove blockers, and translate complex technical developments into clear executive and board-level communications.
Requirements
- Experience partnering with senior executive leaders as a trusted advisor and operational partner
- Ability to understand, synthesise, and communicate complex machine learning and frontier AI topics
- Ability to turn ambiguous, multifaceted problems into concrete plans and measurable outcomes
- Experience influencing interdisciplinary teams without direct authority
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic scale-up environment
Responsibilities
- Advise AI leaders on solving problems and maximising organisational output
- Prioritise critical initiatives, establish ownership, and align stakeholders
- Prepare proposals, gain stakeholder agreement, and drive initiatives to completion
- Build cross-functional relationships and provide hands-on partnership on important projects
- Translate technical developments into executive summaries and strategic presentations
- Identify and remove blockers and inefficiencies to improve organisational effectiveness
