About the Role
You will build the operating infrastructure that supports organizational scale and velocity. You will run planning and alignment cycles, maintain systems of record and knowledge-management systems, lead internal AI enablement and automation adoption, and establish operational best practices across functions.
Requirements
- Experience building and leading a Strategy and Operations or BizOps function at a high-growth technology company
- Experience building functions and systems from scratch and handing them off
- Structured problem-solving experience in consulting, BizOps, Chief of Staff, or operational roles
- AI and tooling fluency
- Stakeholder-management skills with founders and senior leaders
Responsibilities
- Run OKR, workforce, and headcount planning cycles
- Build and maintain systems of record, organizational taxonomy, governance, and knowledge-management systems
- Lead internal AI enablement, tool rollout, automation opportunities, and adoption programs
- Partner with Security, IT, and Automations teams
- Define and embed operational best practices
- Deploy strategic generalists to cross-functional operational challenges
