About the Role
You will support ETF servicing activities across the ETF lifecycle and work with portfolio management, capital markets, technology, product development, and operations partners. You will help manage operational risk, improve governance and performance metrics, and lead or support initiatives that improve process scalability, resiliency, and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Experience and expertise in the ETF industry
- Experience in ETF operations, client service, fund accounting, custody, banking, or project delivery
- Stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Communication and execution skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with process improvement, operating model transformation, or technology-enabled change
Responsibilities
- Support ETF servicing activities across the ETF lifecycle
- Partner with portfolio management, capital markets, technology, product development, and operations teams
- Identify, escalate, and manage operational risk
- Develop regional ETF servicing capabilities and processes
- Enhance governance processes and performance metrics
- Lead or support initiatives that improve servicing scalability, resiliency, and effectiveness
