About the Role
You will support business-management operations by maintaining documentation and workflows, compiling and analyzing data, coordinating cross-functional projects, and helping identify process improvements. You will also learn operational risk and governance principles and provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements
- Skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Skills in AI tools, including Claude and ChatGPT
- Python skills
- Verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate confidently with front office personnel
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to plan and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain operational documentation and process workflows
- Compile, analyze, and report data using Excel or similar tools
- Support cross-functional communication and project coordination
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements
- Learn operational risk frameworks and governance principles
- Assist with administrative tasks and general team support
