About the Role
You will build and lead the Business Operations function across business intelligence, AI adoption, procurement, market analysis, and organizational efficiency. You will establish durable processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and present findings and recommendations to executives.
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, corporate development, or related leadership
- 5–8+ years of FinTech experience
- Experience in crypto, digital assets, payments, banking, or brokerage infrastructure preferred
- Experience building functions from scratch
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience driving AI or major technology adoption
- Vendor negotiation and procurement strategy experience
- Executive communication skills
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Based in the United States
- Ability to travel to team hubs
Responsibilities
- Build the core business intelligence function
- Establish unified reporting, KPI frameworks, and executive dashboards
- Define business metrics and maintain a single source of truth
- Surface trends, risks, and opportunities to leadership
- Own the enterprise AI adoption roadmap
- Identify AI use cases and establish rollout governance
- Establish AI guardrails with Compliance, Security, and Legal
- Build the procurement function
- Manage vendor onboarding, evaluation, negotiation, spend, and approvals
- Drive vendor consolidation and cost discipline
- Lead market sizing, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessment
- Make pricing, market entry, and build-versus-partner-versus-buy recommendations
- Identify cross-sell, upsell, vertical, geographic, and partner expansion opportunities
- Support headcount planning and organizational design
- Lead process design and re-engineering for operational functions
