About the Role
You will own the liquidity provider programme across multiple markets, monitor marketplace depth and coverage, and improve partner satisfaction and retention. You will manage tiering and account management frameworks, analyze growth and retention funnels, and use data to guide decisions. You will also support marketplace health and dispute reduction.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in growth account management or relationship management
- Experience leading teams and managing partner programmes at scale
- Multi-market experience strongly preferred
- Experience managing high-volume client or partner relationships
- Experience improving partner engagement and service quality
- Strong data and funnel fluency
- Experience building programmes from 0 to 1
- Background in payments remittance or fintech is especially relevant
- Working proficiency in English
- Working proficiency in Mandarin required for at least one role
