About the Role
You will support account-related work across onboarding maintenance updates closures and compliance cleanup. You will own escheatment and abandoned property operations review statements and trade confirmations investigate data issues using spreadsheets and databases and drive recurring processes toward greater efficiency and automation.
Requirements
- Active FINRA Series 7 registration
- 3+ years of brokerage or financial services operations experience
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Understanding of databases tables fields and data relationships
- Ability to work independently and interpret priorities
- Strong follow-through and ownership
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail accuracy and reliability
- Exposure to AML frameworks sanctions screening or identity verification workflows
- Technical fluency with APIs data terminology and basic system architecture
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- FINRA Series 24 registration or willingness to pursue it
- Experience with EDD KYB or business entity account support
- Experience with escheatment or abandoned property programs
- Experience with statement review or trade confirmation review
- Experience using AI tools for drafting summarization or repetitive analysis
- Experience in a B2B API-driven or correspondent brokerage model
Responsibilities
- Process account workflows across onboarding maintenance updates and closures
- Own escheatment and abandoned property operations
- Review monthly statements and trade confirmations
- Execute legacy cleanup and data hygiene projects for CIP compliance
- Analyze spreadsheets exports and operational lists to identify and resolve issues
- Query databases to scope cleanup work batch remediation and measure progress
- Support cleanup initiatives through processing data pulls and follow-through
- Turn repeatable cleanup processes into efficient ongoing workflows
- Collaborate with Product Engineering Data Compliance and partner-facing teams
