About the Role
You will perform daily investment operations processing for corporate and retail clients. You will manage data and pricing, place and monitor orders, process transfers and corporate actions, settle payments, perform asset and cash reconciliations, investigate breaks, maintain controls, meet service standards, and communicate with stakeholders.
Requirements
- A degree or equivalent in finance business or a numerate discipline
- Operations experience in the wealth management or platform industry
- Experience in client services
- Experience using Excel for data analysis
- Ability to work accurately to deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of platform propositions from retail client to asset servicing delivery
- Technical operational knowledge relevant to the assigned functional area
- Change management experience
- Understanding of risk and compliance policies and processes
- Understanding of applicable regional regulations
Responsibilities
- Process daily operational activities accurately and on time
- Deliver service standards and contractual KPIs and KRIs
- Manage static data and pricing information
- Maintain accurate data from multiple vendors
- Place and monitor mutual fund and equity orders
- Process transfers into and out of custody
- Process mandatory and voluntary corporate actions
- Maintain stock and cash ledger control accounts
- Process client cash transactions and market settlements
- Manage FX trade processing and settlement
- Maintain interest rates across supported currencies
- Perform asset and cash reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks
- Maintain operational controls and risk reporting
- Complete mandatory training and continuing professional development
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
