About the Role
You will manage inbound asset migrations for broker API partners and oversee the full conversion lifecycle. You will coordinate onboarding, documentation, integrations, reconciliations, exception resolution, and partner communications. You will maintain playbooks, work with compliance and technical stakeholders, and support time-sensitive conversion windows including weekend and off-hours work.
Requirements
- Have 3 to 5 years of experience in brokerage operations clearing or account transfer operations
- Have hands-on experience with ACATS DTC settlements and broker-dealer back-office workflows
- Build validate or reconcile conversion and migration files
- Work accurately with large datasets in Excel or Google Sheets
- Manage multiple deliverables under deadline pressure
- Work weekend and off-hours conversion windows
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Hold FINRA SIE certification
- Hold Series 7 or obtain it within 180 days of employment
- Experience with broker-dealer or RIA conversions
- Know the ACATS lifecycle DTC deliveries SPOs journals and ledger uploads
- Experience with fractional shares cost-basis tax-lot transfers and residual accounts
- Exposure to clearing firm platforms such as Pershing Apex NFS or DriveWealth
- Know FINRA and SEC requirements related to account transfers and customer asset protection
- Read SQL queries or work with engineering teams on data validation
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound asset migrations for partner firms
- Project manage the asset migration lifecycle
- Build relationships with partner firms and resolve operational issues
- Lead onboarding and conversion of introducing brokers and RIAs
- Coordinate operational setup documentation and system integration
- Maintain repeatable conversion and integration playbooks
- Identify and resolve conversion gaps with compliance product and engineering stakeholders
- Reconcile migrated assets and ensure accuracy
- Coordinate high-volume migration events with external partners and contra firms
