About the Role
You will execute and oversee daily cryptocurrency exchange operations across the trading lifecycle, from order routing and matching through settlement, reconciliation, and risk management. You will configure the platform, monitor latency, support institutional clients, improve workflows, maintain controls, manage incidents, and lead complex operational resolutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance business computer science technology or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in trading operations custody operations or trade support within digital assets FinTech or electronic trading
- Understanding of the cryptocurrency industry custody solutions digital asset market structure and operational challenges
- Technical proficiency with Unix or Linux Kubernetes and major cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
- Experience with electronic trading systems FIX protocol APIs and market data infrastructure is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks digital asset custody workflows KYC AML requirements and cybersecurity best practices
- Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently on complex technical and operational challenges
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Execute and oversee daily cryptocurrency exchange operations
- Manage order routing matching settlement reconciliation and risk processes
- Configure the exchange platform and monitor order latency
- Provide operational support for trading clients
- Partner with sales institutional clients and technology teams on product launches
- Support end-to-end institutional client onboarding
- Address client connectivity and product requirements
- Drive workflow and process automation
- Maintain operational procedures and controls documentation
- Develop knowledge of exchange regulatory requirements and platform resiliency standards
- Lead incident triage and resolution
- Produce post-incident documentation
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical and operational issues
