About the Role
You will support senior leaders by managing calendars, inboxes, travel, meetings, events, communications, budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships. You will coordinate stakeholders, track commitments, handle confidential information, improve workflows, and use automation and AI tools to reduce repetitive work.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives
- Experience managing complex calendars shifting priorities and multiple workstreams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Sound independent judgment and escalation judgment
- Experience handling sensitive or confidential information
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build trust with executives and stakeholders
- Proactive ownership-oriented approach
- Ability to operate in ambiguity
- Proficiency with Google Workspace Slack and modern collaboration tools
- Demonstrated use of AI automation or tooling to streamline work
Responsibilities
- Manage senior leaders’ time priorities and daily execution
- Manage complex high-volume calendars
- Triage executive inboxes and draft responses
- Coordinate domestic and international travel
- Plan leadership meetings offsites events and engagements
- Draft and organize executive communications
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders
- Track action items deadlines and commitments
- Manage budgets expenses and vendor relationships
- Handle sensitive confidential information
- Build documentation and workflows
- Use AI automation and modern tools to reduce repetitive work
- Anticipate needs and improve execution
