About the Role

You will support the Chief Legal Officer by managing a complex calendar, coordinating travel, preparing expenses, tracking budgets and invoices, and maintaining secure records. You will coordinate Board and leadership meetings, prepare materials and correspondence, and track meeting actions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience supporting a General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, CEO, or other senior executive
  • Experience managing complex calendars, international travel, and senior stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Comfort using Slack and Teams
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Discretion with sensitive legal, corporate, financial, and personnel information
  • Experience interacting with Board members, external counsel, investors, and senior leaders
  • Comfort with occasional travel

Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex executive calendar
  • Prioritise the Chief Legal Officer's time
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and deadlines
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Track budgets, invoices, and external-counsel processes
  • Maintain secure legal and executive records
  • Coordinate Board, committee, and legal leadership meetings
  • Prepare and distribute Board and governance materials
  • Prepare agendas and meeting notes
  • Track action items
  • Draft correspondence
  • Coordinate executive and departmental workflows
