About the Role
You will support several leaders by managing calendars, meetings, travel, communications, recruiting coordination, events, projects, and commitments. You will adapt your approach to different working styles, make decisions independently, and ensure important details and action items are followed through.
Requirements
- 6+ years of executive or administrative support experience
- Experience supporting business operations leadership
- Experience supporting a diverse team and adapting communication styles
- Experience managing a satellite office and coordinating across time zones
- Experience adapting to fast-changing roles
- Professionalism and discretion with sensitive or personal information
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for leaders
- Serve as the primary contact between supported leaders and the company
- Support recruiting coordination
- Support company events and activities
- Support leadership projects and workstreams
